Travelime Privacy Policy

Travelime is a Chrome extension that calculates public-transit travel options from selected page text to a saved destination.

Data Travelime Stores

Travelime stores the following settings in Chrome storage:

• Google Routes API key
• Destination address
• Arrival time
• Destination timezone
• Unit preference

These settings are stored by Chrome on the user's device/browser profile.

Data Travelime Sends

When the user starts a lookup, Travelime sends the following data to Google Routes API:

• The selected origin address text
• The saved destination address
• The configured arrival time
• Transit-routing request details needed to calculate the route

Travelime does not send this information unless the user invokes the context-menu item or keyboard shortcut.

Data Travelime Does Not Collect

Travelime does not collect browsing history, analytics, account identifiers, payment information, or advertising identifiers.

Travelime does not sell user data.

Travelime does not use user data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

Travelime uses Google Routes API to calculate public-transit options. Google's handling of data submitted to Google APIs is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
